All are within a 10-minute walk of the station and start from less than $150 per night (depending on your travel dates, rates may be higher). The Exmouth Arms

Located near King’s Cross, The Exmouth Arms stands as the perfect alternative for young travelers looking for cheap hotels near London Euston. The hostel is a member of PubLove, a chain of boutique hostels set above traditional London pubs. With a friendly and laid-back atmosphere, the hostel attracts a younger clientele composed of young Europeans who’d like to meet fellow travelers.

Besides the property’s affordable rates, the hostel’s best asset is the pub, featuring a great selection of beer, ciders, and spirits. After a long day exploring London, travelers can pop down to the downstairs pub for socializing. Don’t miss the chance to take one of their fun quizzes on Tuesday nights.

Premier Inn London Euston Hotel

  • Distance: 0.2 miles, 4-minute walk
  • Price from: $87 per night
  • Click to Book: Directly

The Premier Inn London Euston Hotel is a candidate worth considering when looking for budget hotels near London Euston for families. The hotel has all the essentials: clean, comfortable, and well-located. Like most hotels in the city, rooms are a bit tight, but families can expect enough space to move comfortably and store luggage and strollers.

While the location is noisy due to the hotel’s central location, the rooms feature triple glazing, helping reduce noise from outside. Another perk of the hotel is that rooms come with air conditioning – a luxury you’ll appreciate during London summer. Last but not least, the hotel has free luggage storage, which is great if you leave London later than your checkout time or arrive earlier and want to go out and explore the city.

Euston Square Hotel

Got a London business trip and nowhere to stay? Look no further. The Euston Square Hotel is one of the top cheap hotels near London Euston for business travelers.

A boutique hotel, the property markets itself as a business hotel and has some great offers on its website. Rooms feature modern decoration and are tiny with limited clothing storage, meaning they’re comfortable for a shorter stay and for people who won’t be spending too much time in them.

Guests can enjoy continental breakfast every day for only  £10. The only downside of staying at the Euston Square Hotel is that rooms don’t have double-glazed windows, which means a bit of noise can leak in from outside. If you’re a light sleeper, try to book a room without a window to reduce the noise.

Arosfa Hotel London

Travelers looking for a luxurious stay can check out Arosfa Hotel London by Compass Hospitality. A solid three-star hotel, the Arosfa Hotel London features amenities similar to fancy hotels. It has a lovely bar boasting Regency period style, with bespoke artwork and furnishing. There’s also a fabulous living room with grand curtains, leather sofas, and mirrored drawers.

With 17 modern-styled rooms, the hotel’s rates start at £95 per night, and travelers can choose from Quadruple rooms, Superior rooms, Double or Twin rooms, and Single rooms. Rooms are not large, but they utilize the space so that travelers won’t feel cramped.

Ambassadors Bloomsbury Hotel

  • Distance: 0.2 miles, 4-minute walk
  • Price from: $132 per night
  • Click to Book: Directly

Set in the historic literary heart of London, Ambassadors Bloomsbury Hotel has a set of loyal customers who repeatedly choose to stay in one of the hundred of the hotel’s rooms every time they visit London. Rooms at the Ambassadors are more functional than stylish, featuring comfortable beds and flat-screen TVs, plus coffee and tea-making machines.

Having said this, I think the Ambassadors Hotel is another decent alternative for families looking for hotels under $150 near London Euston. The hotel also features a popular restaurant and bar, Number Twelve, serving delicious Italian Fusion cuisine and lovely afternoon teas with bottomless Prosecco for travelers who’d like to indulge in the decadent British tradition.

Hilton London Euston

Hilton London Euston is the perfect choice for travelers who prefer to play it safe and choose well-established hotels anytime they visit a new place. Housed in a Victorian-era building, Hilton London Euston offers a pleasant base for travelers in the middle of Camden. Rooms are large and comfortable, featuring modern decoration and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Euston Road, depending on your location.

Some rooms also have a refurbished bathroom that is spotless. The hotel’s loveliest feature is the Woburn Place Dining Room, a stunning Victorian conservatory where guests can enjoy Afternoon Teas and decadent lunches and dinners any day of the week.

The Pack and Carriage

The Pack & Carriage is the last alternative I recommend if you’re looking for cheap hotels near London Euston. With its unassuming black façade, no one would believe that The Pack and Carriage is one of the newest hotels in Euston. The property boasts delicately furnished rooms with hypoallergenic bedding, toiletries, a hairdryer, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathrooms.

Guests can head to the hotel’s lounge to enjoy live music in the evenings and games such as darts. There’s also an on-site restaurant and pub where travelers can pop in for a pint of craft beer or a light meal before exploring the city. Finally, the hotel offers luggage storage facilities for early arrivals and late departures.
